Your satisfaction is our priority. Here’s how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds for a smooth shopping experience.

1. Return Eligibility

You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • Original packaging and tags (if applicable) are intact

  • You provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Items that don’t meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

2. How to Return an Item

Once your return is approved:

  • We’ll send you a return shipping label

  • You’ll receive instructions on how and where to send the item

Note: Returns without prior authorization cannot be processed.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon arrival.
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages)

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items

5. Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item as outlined above

  2. Place a new order for the replacement

This helps speed up your exchange process.

6. EU Customer Returns

If you are an EU customer, you have 14 days to return or cancel your order for any reason.
Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging and proof of purchase required
    This is in addition to our standard 30-day policy.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
